When choosing a summer camp you can end up with a lot of questions! We attempt to cover many of those right here. If you have any questions that we don't cover please contact us and we'll be in touch as soon as possible.
What is the cost?
The early bird price of $215 (until June 1st) covers all food and access to top quality training. After June 1st regular admission is $240 until start day of the event. There will be a late fee of $10 if you wait and pay on registration day.
Payment can be made online via our registration page or by check. Please make checks payable to "New Hope Fellowship" and mail to NEWC, c/o New Hope Fellowship, PO Box 96, East Bloomfield, NY 14443.
Are there family discounts?
Yes. Every additional camper coming from the same family gets a $20 discount (one $20 discount per 2 students).
what is the age range?
Junior and Senior High (Ages 12-19)
Where will campers stay?
In the past, NEWC has provided housing via host families. Due to Covid-19 and the challenges that would come with cleaning and providing proper safety measures we will be unable to provide housing this year.
We are looking into options for overnight accommodations (at an additional cost) for campers who have a longer commute. If you are traveling longer than 45 minutes and are interested in utilizing this option please let us know.
what should i bring?
Plan to bring your instrument, a bag to carry your loose items, writing utensils, cash for the canteen, and your Bible and journal as well as any other items included in the daily packing and worship time's portion of NEWC Packing list link below.
If you are traveling further than 45 minutes and staying the night, our overnight packing list can be also found at the link below.
What should I Not bring?
Don't bring any illegal substances or weapons of any kind. Also, your cell phones and other electronic devices are not needed. You can bring them, but they can only be used during designated times. This helps us provide you with a more immersive experience.
Will the food be good?
Definitely! Lunch and dinner will be a variety of delicious home-made and catered meals. You won't be eating camp cafeteria food here!
will there be fun activities?
Absolutely! While we bring campers a deep spiritual encounter with God and top notch training, we are also a camp designed to bringing some fun and excitement to your summer. Expect evening activities, and social distanced large group competitions. You won't be able to avoid the fun!
