Choosing a summer camp can bring up a lot of questions! Below is a list of some of the most common questions we receive, but please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you need additional help!

NEWC 2026 will be July 13th - 18th at the Elim Campus in Lima NY!
HOW MUCH DOES CAMP COST?
The regular cost for NEWC 2026 is $370. Early bird registration (until June 1st) is $345. This includes all meals and housing for the entire week as well as intensive training from some of the best in the region.
Payment can be made by check or online through our Registration page. Checks must be made out to New Hope Fellowship with “NEWC” in the memo line and can be mailed to:

CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?
We offer special early-bird pricing until June 1st. The early-bird price for 2026 is $345.
Family discounts are offered for siblings from the same household. Every additional camper coming from the same household receives $20 off their registration price (ie. one $20 discount for 2 campers).
We never want to turn someone away from attending camp because of financial reasons. If cost is an issue for you please reach out to us directly via email.

HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE TO ATTEND?
Our camp is for ages 12-18! If you are over camp age consider volunteering or becoming a counselor.

WHAT'S DIFFERENT WITH REGISTRATION THIS YEAR?
Because space is limited, we are requiring a $50 non-refundable deposit at the end of the online registration form. This deposit will secure your camper’s spot at camp.
Please note that full payment must be submitted by July 1. If payment is not completed by that date, the reserved spot may be released.
Also important: registering for camp does not lock in your pricing. To receive the early bird rate, full payment must be made by June 1. Payments submitted after June 1 will no longer be eligible for the early bird discount.

WHY IS THERE LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE?
Due to the space we have currently available for meals, camper led worship teams, housing, etc. we can only have a specific number of campers attend camp this year. We hope in future years to expand our space and team to be able to grow in size!
IS MY SPOT LOCKED IN FOR NEWC26?
If you have submitted the online registration form and received a confirmation email at both the parent and camper email addresses you provided, then yes—your spot is locked in.
However, please note that registration is not fully complete until we receive full payment, a completed medical form, and immunization records.
Your spot will remain reserved as long as full payment is received by July 1. If payment is not completed by that date, the spot may be released.

WHAT IF I CAN'T TURN MY MEDICAL FORM IN BEFORE REGISTRATION DAY?
If for any reason we do not have the med form we supply to you* by registration on July 13th then you (your child) cannot stay at NEWC. Feel free to reach out and email us if you have any questions about this.

I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES. WILL I HAVE SOMETHING TO EAT?
Absolutely. We base a secondary option every meal off of the allergies and dietary restrictions of our campers so there will be something for everyone! Please make sure to note these dietary needs/allergies in detail on your registration form!

WHAT WILL I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?
Check out our packing list on our Forms page! Campers will also receive this the month leading up to camp in an email.
WHAT SHOULD I NOT BRING? CAN I BRING MY PHONE?
We do not allow any recreational substances, legal or illegal, or weapons of any kind. Additionally, no: hair dye, piercing supplies, fireworks, firearms, portable game players, iPads, Kindles, laptops, cellphones, etc.
We have a strict "Unplugged" policy at NEWC. Campers are asked to leave their phones and electronic devices at home during the week of camp. We aim to have an undistracted and focused time together. If a camper brings and uses their phone during camp week we will have to confiscate them. If they refuse to hand their device over we ask parents to come to camp to collect the device from them.
Parents are given an emergency number to contact before camp begins.

WHAT IF I DON'T PLAY AN INSTRUMENT?
You can still come to NEWC! We offer workshops for beginners in a variety of instruments including guitar, keyboard, bass, drums, and vocals. Don't consider yourself musical? We also offer prayer workshops!
CAN I CHOOSE MY ROOMATE(S)?
If you have a friend coming to NEWC that you'd like to room with, send us an email! We cannot guarantee all requests will be met, but will do our best to accommodate!
